Welcome to the Shop Lisa Ridout Exclusive Jewellery (LREJ) web site. Please take some time to review these Terms and Conditions.
All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Merchandise Availability
While we make every attempt to rightfully represent real inventory numbers on the site, merchandise availability is not guaranteed. If merchandise becomes unabailable while your order is being processed, we will notify you of this by sending you an email.
Product Information
All products shown on the site are also available at our LREJ Studio location at 1444 Dupont Street, Building D, Unit #23 in Toronto. All prices are shown on the site in Canadian Dollars. Keep in mind that crystal/stone/pearl colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor. We will not be offering exchanges due to colour misrepresentation. If you have any questions about product specifications please email us prior to ordering at Lisa@LisaRidoutJewellery.ca.
Price Adjustments
Shop LREJ does not grant any price adjustments for merchandise that goes on sale any time after purchase has been completed.
Cancellations
Shop LREJ does not accept cancellations.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars. You can calculate exchange rates before puchaseing items here: http://www.x-rates.com/ . The prcise rate you will pay is decided by the bank that has issued your credit card, but it will likely be very close to the current exchange rate.
All of the products listed on Shop LREJ are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In the rare occurrence that a price is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to change the prices on the web site at any time without any prior notice and to cancel any orders due to incorrect pricing within the site Shop LREJ.ca.
Shop LREJ accepts Visa and Mastercard. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
Sales Tax and Duties
All Ontario and New Brunswick residents will have 13% HST added to their order. Nova Scotia residents will have 15% HST added to their order. All other provinces pay 5% GST.
U.S. customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable.
International customers will not have Canadaian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.
Use of Imagery on Blogs
Images from Shop LREJ.ca may be used if credit for the origin of the images is acknowledged. Credit all styling, images, or written content to Shop LREJ.ca.
