FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA FOR ALL ORDERS VIA CANADA POST GROUND!

Shipping Process

We will ship merchandise Monday to Thursday, excluding national holidays.  Goods will be shipped the day after you receive an email receipt for your order confirmation pending availability and credit verification.

Local Pick-Up

Toronto area customers may choose to buy online and pick-up in studio.  At check out simply select the “Local Pick-Up – FREE” option in the shipping options menu.  Please bring your order confirmation with you to our location at 1444 Dupont Street, Building D, Unit #23 by arranging pick up via email/telephone (lisa@lisaridoutjewellery.ca, 416-537-8479) at a mutually agreeable time between purchaser (you) and seller (LREJ)

We ship for FREE within Canada via Canada Post Ground, however if you would like to receive your order sooner you can choose to pay for Xpress Post shipping via Canada Post, simply select the option at checkout.  International orders ship via Canada Post, your shipping costs will be calculated at time of checkout based on your location and shipping option selection.

All shipments will be declared at full purchase value.

*Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Taxes are not include in price and will be added where applicable.  Ontario and New Brunswick residents pay 13% HST, Nova Scotia residents pay 15% HST, and all other provinces pay 5% GST.

Orders outside Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes, they may be subject to other taxes, customs and duties imposed by your local government.  Shop LREJ is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties or custom fees charged to the customer.

If shipment is returned for exchange, customer is responsible for cost of returning goods.

Please make sure you double check shipping information as Shop LREJ is unable to re-route packages.
