Returns
Shop LREJ does not accept returns.  We do exchange ONLY.  Please see our exchange policy.

Exchanges
Shop LREJ will accept exchange of jewellery items that are of equal or greater value than original Shop LREJ purchase for all unworn, regular priced merchandise that are in their original condition (unworn, in same condition as originally received) with 3 days of receipt of delivery.

For all exchanges, please send an email stating your reason for wanting to exchange with order number and specific item(s) requesting to be exchanged within 3 days from the date the package was delivered and we will issue an Exchange Authorization (EA#).  Once your exchange is authorized by Shop LREJ, you will receive an EA#.

Items must be exchanged with us within 10 days (domestic)/20 days (International) from the date we issue your EA#.  For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.

Exchanges must be received in new unworn condition.  Pack jewellery exactly as received, and write the EA# on the outside of the package.  Send pre-paid and insured package to the address stated below:

Please note that all sale items are final sale, and no exchanges will be accepted.

Once we receive your package, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days, and the exchanged item(s) will be sent to you via our free shipping using Canada Post Ground.

Local customers are welcome to exchange their purchase to LREJ, 1444 Dupont Street, Building D, Unit #23, Toronto, ON M6P 3H4 within the 10 day period.  Please contact us prior to returning to arrange a mutually agreeable time between purchaser (you) and seller (LREJ).

Note:  Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable
